 We, HSD Vietnam, commit to you that all your technical issues will be solved within 48 hours after we receive your record.

Support via telephone/email

If you prefer to talk or email directly to out support team, call us at: 043-512-2447 (Hanoi), 083-520-3018 (HCMC), or email to support@hsdvn.com.vn. Your call and email will are logged and one of our engineers will respond you within 12 hours. If it’s a matter of urgency, please state this and you will be put through directly. Only companies with a current maintenance contract can get through to our support team.


Support via Teamviewer

Where necessary and useful, we will offer to connect directly to your PC using Teamviewer software. The software permits the sharing of either our, or your PC. By taking control of your computer we can carry out specific tasks, or help to resolve any issues while you watch.

On-site support

Our support team regularly comes to your office at least once per quarter . A member of our team will check your hardware to ensure it meets our minimum specifications, look at your usage of the software and advise where we think efficiencies and time savings can be made.

We’ve found many people still use the program as they were first taught and therefore are not necessarily taking advantage of all the improvements made to the later versions. a quick consultation can help you to make the most of your software.
