JOB: SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Focus on selling software solutions to potential and existing customers; Convert customer problems into sales opportunities;

• Manage sales process through lead generation to closure;

• Achieve monthly and annual revenue quotas;

• Establish new business development opportunities through networking, trade shows, industry events, activities, training programs and conferences;

• Coordinate with Pre-sales team to demonstrate and scale solution to meet client needs and maximize revenue potential;

• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• You need 4-5 years sales experience, Ideally experience in software sales for construction/engineering products.

• Good communication skills in English, having TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.0 is an advantage;

• You’re persuasive, and have excellent negotiation and presentation skills;

• Ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, and achieve success with minimal oversight in a sometimes ambiguous work environment.

• You have excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction

• You’re highly competitive, ramp quickly, are extremely adaptive, and pride yourself on exceeding sales goals

• You are able to travel as necessary to your assigned accounts, and to Company meetings.
